Refund & Cancellation Policy

Modern Astrology KP is a digital service. Access to the software is given as soon as a payment is confirmed, so the service is delivered at once and in full for the period paid for.
1. Admission Fee
The Admission Fee of ₹ 5,000 is a one time charge. Once the payment is confirmed and software access has been opened, this fee is not refundable.
2. Monthly Installments
Each installment of ₹ 3,000 pays for that month's access. Once the month's access has been opened, that installment is not refundable. Paying an installment does not commit you to the remaining months.
3. When we do refund
We refund in full in these cases:
- Double payment — the same installment was paid twice.
- Money taken but access not given — the payment succeeded but the software did not open for you, and we could not put it right.
- Payment by mistake — a payment made to us in error, reported within 7 days and before the access it paid for was used.
Approved refunds are sent back to the same account or card the payment came from, within 5 to 7 working days of approval. The time your bank takes after that is outside our control.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email whitelightofuniverse@gmail.com or phone +91 9748 5888 62 with your name, Registration Number, the amount, the date and the payment reference. We reply within 3 working days.
5. Cancellation
- You may stop at any time. There is nothing to cancel and no cancellation charge — simply do not pay the next installment.
- Access stays open until the 9th of the month that is unpaid, then it is suspended. Nothing further is charged.
- If you want the account closed and your data removed, write to us and we will do it.
6. Failed payments
If money leaves your account but the payment shows as failed, it is normally returned by your bank within 5 to 7 working days without anything being needed from us. If it does not come back, write to us with the payment reference and we will take it up with the payment gateway.
