Delivery Policy

Modern Astrology KP is a digital service. Nothing is shipped. There is no physical product, no courier and no delivery charge.

How access is delivered

• Access is opened as soon as the payment gateway confirms the payment — normally within a few minutes.
• The Student opens kp.astrokama.app in a browser and signs in with the name, phone number and password used at registration.
• A confirmation email is sent to the email address on the Student's record.

Where it works

The software runs in a web browser on the one computer where the Registration Number was registered. No installation disc or download is sent.

If access does not open

If a payment is confirmed but the software has not opened within 24 hours, write to whitelightofuniverse@gmail.com or phone +91 9748 5888 62 with your Registration Number and the payment reference. We will either open it or refund the payment.
